I understand that this course is the training requirement to be an administrator of an assisted living. There are additional minimum qualifications outlined in Chapter 7, 6.3. I have reviewed the minimum qualifications. If don't meet the minimum qualifications, I understand that I will need to pursue additional experience and/or education before working as administrator.

I understand that I must be proficient with on-line learning platforms, specifically Google Classroom, in order to take the self-paced course.

I understand that I am required to read and print Chapters 2, 7, & 24 as well as provide a signed disclosure statement prior to taking the exam.

I am proficient in reading & writing the English language.

I understand that I must complete all the requirements of a self-paced module before I am able to continue to the next module.

I understand that all assignments and course work are to be uploaded through Google Classroom.

I have prior experience in Health Care.

I understand that I am required to complete all self-paced modules in order to take the exam.

I understand that I am required to take an in-person Competency Exam at the end of the course and that I must receive a grade of 75% or higher.

I understand that I am allowed one exam retake.
